Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 Super Benefits Adult Aged Care Caseload: CHSP & Support at Home clients aged 65 Predominantly Clinic-Based Role: With some home visits for assessments - work within a state of the art AI integrated gym This is a predominantly clinic-based role working with CHSP and Support at Home clients aged 65, with some home visits for assessments and the option to include a small mixed-age NDIS caseload if desired.
